EBillZen is a property and rental management application for homeowners and property managers. It brings flat and tenant records, recurring bills, electricity calculations, collections and reporting into one workflow.
Yes. You can organize units, maintain tenant details and review their billing records without juggling separate notebooks or spreadsheets.
No. Electricity usage calculation is one part of EBillZen. It also supports property records, tenant management, invoicing, payment tracking, advance balances and financial reports.
Record meter readings and the applicable billing settings for the unit, then review the calculated charge before finalizing the invoice. Check the tariff and any shared-charge rules used for your property.
EBillZen helps prepare recurring property invoices, including rent and configured utility or service charges. Review the invoice items and billing period before sharing a bill with a tenant.
Record the amount actually received. The remaining amount stays outstanding in the payment records instead of being treated as fully collected, helping you follow up accurately.
Yes. EBillZen distinguishes refundable security funds from advance collections so they are not automatically mistaken for earned rent or ordinary monthly income. Always verify allocations and refunds against your agreement.
Use payment records and financial reports to compare invoiced charges with actual collections and identify outstanding balances by tenant or unit.
EBillZen includes management workflows for properties. Access to sensitive records and actions depends on the user's assigned role and permissions; a manager should use the authorized account.
Tenant-facing access can help tenants review their assigned bills and records when it is enabled and correctly linked to their tenancy. Tenants should ask their property manager about access.
Keep each occupancy period and its invoices associated with the correct tenant. Reconcile outstanding bills, advances and refundable deposits before closing an occupancy and starting the next one.
Yes. Property reports help you review billed amounts, collected payments and remaining dues. For accurate cash reporting, a generated invoice should not be counted as money received until payment is recorded.
EBillZen serves Bangladesh-based property workflows. This help center is available in both Bangla and English; the language options in the app can vary by screen and release.
Start with the EBillZen Guides for setup and workflow instructions. For account- or property-specific questions, use the support contact listed on the Innovate Nest Labs website.
An optional SMS feature is being prepared. When available, homeowners can confirm a mobile number and review the coin cost or included Premium quota before sending. Message delivery depends on the SMS gateway.
The planned wallet will display balances and an audit history. Free accounts can spend coins for invoice SMS when enabled. Premium includes a configurable SMS allowance per rolling 30 days. Rewarded ads are not yet active. Coins cannot be sold, transferred or withdrawn as cash.
